He also stated in his will that he and my mother divorced in 1984 ,when it was actually 1988.he took my sister to the doctor almost every time in the two and a half period she was sick. I believe he was not in his right mind and under the influence of narcotics (morphine, oxy contin) in addition to being cohered by my aunt to make her beneficiary at the time when he signed his will.by the time I came down to help him get his affairs in order the damage had been done and I was left in the dark until his passing. He has recently passed ,my aunt continues to be secretive about equity and his bank accounts left solely to her.I feel my dad was taken advantage of. I believe I should be the one taking care of his affairs and had my sister not preceded us none of this would be going on. I think my sisters children and I should divide the estate equally. Not my aunt and her decedents.my question. Is there supposed to be more than one lawyer to go over the will with my father to make sure he is not being taken advantage of in case of being persuaded by other relatives other than his spouse or next of kin?Ive never felt so hurt in my life than right now and I think this will plague me the rest of m life unless I get this resolved. Feedback appreciated, thanks
